We are finally posting the Tryout Registration Form for NCISVBC 2026 Club Season.
Right now, we plan to continue offering tryouts with NO registration fee. This is part of our commitment to keeping the total cost for the family as low as possible.
Once again, we ARE TRYING to keep the season cost down to $2500 or less per player, per team. Average team cost this past season was around $2200. We do offer a slight discount if you have multiple kids playing for our club. We try to keep 10 players on a team. Last year we had a few teams with 9 players.
The player fee includes:
- Coach Pay (usually 2 coaches),
- Tournament Entry Fees,
- Practice Facilities Rental Cost,
- Coach Hotel and Travel Expense,
- Uniform Jerseys (We had 3 custom jerseys last season)
Extra (not-included) costs:
- USAV and AAU Player Registrations (around $80)
- Backpack – T-Shirts – Sweatshirts – Etc. (the last few years our Director paid for these out of his own pocket for each player – that’s probably coming to an end!) – These are sold “at cost”. We aren’t marking up anything to make a profit. Buy what you want, or buy nothing – it makes no difference to us.
- Nationals Costs – if we win a qualifying bid for USAV or we decide to go… These costs will include the entry fee and travel/hotel expense for coaches. USAV Nationals are in Indianapolis for 2026 and we prefer USAV over AAU. Going to the USAV Nationals will SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCE the family expense for those teams going to Nationals in the summer of 2026.
